Ein Job
Synopsis
Hauke comes from the countryside and faces a young, arrogant startup CEO. Both enter the job interview with completely different expectations. Instead of finding common ground, they talk consistently past each other – until the situation escalates. The film lives from the contrast between two worlds, dry dialogue comedy, and cringingly honest moments. It is the first serious step towards comedy, consciously relying on timing, observation, and friction rather than loud gags.
